Nester Full Stack Air Fryer + Smart Small Kitchen Organising Hacks
This video is made in collaboration with Nester. It starts with the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer, a single appliance that replaces the OTG and several other appliances in a small kitchen, and then shows how to declutter, organise and clean the rest of the kitchen in about half an hour.
Why is the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer a good fit for a small kitchen?
However beautiful a kitchen looks, a countertop crowded with appliances feels cluttered and leaves no room to work. That is why Jasmine opens with thoughtful design: the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer has an elegant SS430 stainless steel body that blends into the kitchen without making it look crowded.
The bigger point is that one Nester air fryer does the work of several appliances. It has multiple cooking functions in a single unit, so you don’t need to keep a separate OTG or a separate appliance for every job. Fewer appliances on the counter means more room to work.
What comes with the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer?
It comes with a silicone spatula, turner and pastry brush, plus an oven rack, air fryer basket, baking tray and crumb tray. As Jasmine says, these accessories, worth about ₹3000, come with the air fryer, so you don’t have to buy any of them separately.
What can you cook in it, and how does it work?
Everything is marked on the knob, so it is very easy to use. Besides the air fryer function there are reheat, roast and bake settings, and a button for the steamer. You pick the function, set the temperature and turn on the timer.
- Baati for dal baati: Jasmine chose the air fryer option, and in 25 minutes the baati came out soft inside and crisp outside, with minimum oil.
- Baking: choose the bake option and always preheat first. Then set the temperature for whatever you’re making, such as cookies or cake.
- Four-layer design: lets you prepare different dishes in different layers at the same time, saving time.
- Steam lock technology: fill the water container and press the steam button. The steam keeps food juicy inside and crispy outside.
- 360° diamond air flow with six heating rods: circulates hot air evenly so food cooks evenly and crisps well, without needing to keep checking it.
For Jasmine, a well-designed kitchen is not only about how it looks but about how comfortably everything fits into the daily routine. You can find the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer on Nester’s official store, Amazon and Flipkart.
Now the rest of the kitchen: how can you keep it calm and organised?
You can keep even a busy, small kitchen organised by decluttering the counter, grouping only daily-use items, and cleaning the right way with the right cloths.
How do I free up space on a cluttered kitchen counter?
A countertop crowded with appliances and racks leaves no room to work. The fix is to take out what you no longer need rather than buy more storage.
I had white metal racks for seven to eight years, and they had started to rust — when I cleaned them, the paint underneath flaked off. So I removed them completely. I’m not buying anything new for that spot; instead I’ll use those same racks on my balcony to hold plants. Shifting a wooden rack to the side as well freed up a surprising amount of counter — and the space behind the racks opened up too. The more space you free in the kitchen, the easier everything becomes.
How can I refresh my kitchen without spending money?
After years of working in the same spot, every homemaker gets a little bored, and the kitchen is one place we rarely change. You can’t always make physical changes, but you can:
- Shuffle items from one place to another for a fresh layout.
- Bring something used in another room into the kitchen for a change.
- Repurpose old pieces — like moving rusting racks to the balcony for plants.
- Reuse small jars and spare lids you already own instead of buying containers.
Small changes like these keep your mood fresh and make the work a bit more fun — at no cost.
How do I fit all my daily items onto one tray?
Group only the things that come into daily use. On a single tray I keep two yellow ceramic pots holding jeera and rai, plus sugar, salt and tea. Even though the containers are fairly big, they all fit on one tray that can sit in the corner.
A couple of small tricks made it work. My airtight sugar container kept attracting ants no matter what, so I moved the sugar into a small jam bottle — we use very little sugar, so a small bottle is plenty — and relabelled the airtight container for salt. The jam bottle’s red lid looked out of place, so I swapped in a spare golden lid I already had to make it look neater. A cutlery holder with a handle stays to the side so it’s easy to move around.
How can I reach items in the back corner easily?
Behind the corner tray I fitted a rotating plate, because the tray itself didn’t turn. Now I just spin it to pick up any container from the back — no awkward reaching. If your tray doesn’t rotate, a turntable plate underneath turns any static tray into a lazy-Susan.
Before rearranging anything, always clean the spot first so you’re not placing items onto grime.
How do I clean a glass-top gas burner without breaking it?
Roasting brinjal over the gas leaves a real mess — peel, water and oil all fall onto the burner. Clean it carefully, because glass tops are easy to maintain but need patience.
- Lift off the burners and put them in the sink to soak; the blackness loosens and comes off far more easily later.
- Let the hot glass top cool for 5 to 10 minutes — never clean it hot, or the glass can crack and break.
- Wipe the surface mess first with an old cut-up cloth rag, then throw the rag away.
- Scrub the glass with a nylon brush so you don’t scratch the surface.
- Finish with a microfibre cloth for a streak-free, scratch-free wipe.
For stuck-on bits on the burners, lift them with the edge of a knife and soak them in a container of water before scrubbing.
Why use old rags and a nylon brush instead of regular tools?
Grease, peel and oil cling to a good kitchen cloth and take ages to wash out, and some stains never fully leave. Cut old cotton clothes into small pieces, wipe the worst dirt, and bin the rag — it saves time and effort. A nylon brush, available at any shop, scrubs the countertop or burner without the scratches other scrubbers leave, so your surfaces and glass top last longer. Microfibre cloths absorb everything in one pass and are easy to find online or at D-Mart.
How do I keep my countertop looking new?
Protect the surface as carefully as the burner. Never place a hot vessel directly on the countertop — it stains and spoils the surface over time. It feels harmless to set any pot down, but if you want your counter stain-free in the long run, keep hot vessels off it. Maintaining your things this way means fewer cracks, fewer stains, and a kitchen that stays clean with less work.

Frequently asked questions
Which air fryer does Jasmine use in this video, and is it a collaboration?
Jasmine uses the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer, and the video is made in collaboration with Nester. She shows how it works and cooks real recipes in it, so the points below come from her own use during the video.
Can one Nester air fryer replace my OTG and other small appliances?
In the video Jasmine shows that a single Nester Full Stack Air Fryer covers air frying, baking, roasting, reheating and steaming. With one appliance doing all of that, you don't need a separate OTG or several other appliances on the counter, which also frees up kitchen space.
What comes in the box with the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer?
As shown in the video, you get a silicone spatula, turner and pastry brush, along with an oven rack, air fryer basket, baking tray and crumb tray. Jasmine says these accessories, worth about ₹3000, come with the air fryer, so you don't buy them separately.
What can I cook in the Nester Full Stack Air Fryer?
Jasmine makes the baati for dal baati in about 25 minutes, soft inside and crisp outside with very little oil, and also shows baking such as cookies and cake. The four-layer design lets you prepare different dishes at the same time, and the steam function keeps food juicy inside and crispy outside.
How can I free up counter space in a small Indian kitchen?
Remove appliances and old racks you no longer need, then group only daily-use items onto one tray. Taking out long-unused metal racks and shifting a wooden rack to the side instantly frees both countertop and the space behind it. Keeping fewer things out, with everyday containers like sugar, salt and tea together on a single tray, gives you more room to actually work.
How do I clean a glass-top gas burner without cracking it?
Never clean the glass top while it is hot — let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes first, or the sudden temperature change can crack and break the glass. Once cool, wipe off surface mess, then scrub gently with a nylon brush that won't scratch the surface, and finish with a microfibre cloth.
Why should I use old cloth rags instead of my regular kitchen cloth for messy jobs?
Heavy grease, peel and oil stick stubbornly to a good kitchen cloth and waste time to wash out. Cut old cotton clothes into small rags, wipe away the worst mess, then throw the rag away. This saves both time and effort, and the remaining cleaning becomes easy.
Can I refresh my kitchen without buying anything new?
Yes. You can shuffle items from one spot to another and bring in things used in other rooms to change the look at zero cost. Old rusting racks can be repurposed on a balcony for plants instead of thrown away, and a small jam bottle can become your sugar container — no new purchase needed.
How do I stop ants from getting into my sugar container?
If ants keep entering even an airtight container, move the sugar into a small jar instead and relabel the bigger container for salt. Since most homes use very little sugar, a small jam bottle holds enough and is easier to keep ant-free.
Is it safe to put a hot vessel directly on a kitchen countertop?
No — placing hot vessels directly on the countertop stains and spoils the surface over time. To keep your countertop looking maintained and stain-free in the long run, always use a trivet or pad under hot pots rather than setting them straight on the surface.
What kind of cloth should I use for dusting and wiping around the home?
Use microfibre cloths. They wipe cleanly in one go, absorb everything, and don't cause scratches on surfaces. They work well across the whole home, not just the kitchen, and are easily available online or at supermarkets like D-Mart.
How can I make items easier to reach in a corner of the counter?
Fix a rotating plate under a tray so it spins. Once a static tray sits on a turntable, you can simply rotate it to grab any container from the back without reaching awkwardly, which makes a crowded corner far more usable.
